CONTEST RULES
Contest Duration:
The contest will run from October 3 to October 11, 2024.
Eligibility:
This contest is open to all residents of Quebec aged 16 or older at the time of participation and who hold a driver's license. Employees of ALBI Nissan and their immediate family members (spouse, children) are not eligible to participate.
How to Participate:
To enter, participants must:
Schedule a test drive for the 2025 Kicks model at ALBI Nissan during the contest period and attend their appointment.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
Draw:
The draw will take place on October 15 at ALBI le Géant offices. A representative from ALBI le Géant will be present to supervise the draw. Winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries.
Prizes:
Three (3) Kicks 2025 gift boxes will be awarded as prizes. One box per ALBI Nissan dealership (ALBI Nissan Repentigny, ALBI Nissan Mascouche, and ALBI Nissan Mont-Tremblant). Each box contains promotional items (pen, notepad, wireless speaker, and pair of socks).
Prize Claim Conditions:
Winners will be notified by email within 48 hours of the draw. To claim their prize, they must respond to this email within 10 days; otherwise, another winner will be selected.
Promotion Consent:
By participating in the contest, winners agree that their name and image may be used for promotional purposes by ALBI Nissan without financial compensation.
Data Protection:
Personal information collected for this contest will be used solely for its management and will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law.
Modification Rights:
ALBI Nissan reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time, with prior notice. Participants will be informed of any changes via the ALBI Nissan website or social media.
Dispute Resolution:
Any dispute related to this contest will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Quebec.
Acceptance of Rules:
By participating, each participant agrees to comply with these rules and the decisions of the organizer, which are final and non-appealable.
